Since 2009, event1013 has been fortunate to celebrate special moments with people from Plano, DFW, Texas, and beyond.

From weddings and birthdays to corporate gatherings, community events, celebrations of life, showers, parties, and everything in between, we have had the privilege of opening our doors for moments that mattered. For more than 15 years, this space has been filled with laughter, music, dancing, speeches, meals, memories, and people coming together.

We are incredibly grateful to every person who trusted event1013 with their special day.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, event1013 has been forced to officially close as an event venue after May 31, 2026.

To everyone who has celebrated with us over the years, thank you. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your weddings, milestones, company events, family gatherings, and once-in-a-lifetime moments. It has meant more to us than we can properly put into words.

To everyone who had an upcoming event planned with us, we are truly sorry. We know this news is disappointing, stressful, and painful. We will, of course, be refunding all future event deposits and payments, but we also understand this is about more than money.

Life is not measured in dollars. It is measured in memories, moments, and time spent with the people we love. We are heartbroken that event1013 will not be able to be part of those memories for you.

This “back room” is the hidden gem of event1013. At just over 750 sq ft, it features two living walls, a giant projection screen for your photos or videos, plus our breathtaking LED-backed grid wall.

This room is included with every rental. It is most often used as a ceremony room when we host a wedding ceremony and reception. It also is the perfect place for food service, such as buffets or other food displays, as it’s just steps away from the Main Gallery, and has direct access to both the kitchen and the back door.
