Please contact event1013 for current pricing information. If you are planning an event within the next 45 days, make sure you ask about reduced rates for last-minute events.
A deposit in the amount of fifty percent of the rental rate is required to reserve the venue for your date. The remaining balance of the rental rate and a $500 security deposit are due 30 days before your event. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after your event, pending no damages to the facility and its contents. Events booked 45 days and less from the event date must be paid in full at booking. For last-minute bookings (within 45 days) payment in full is required at booking.
The maximum capacity for a sit-down dinner is 160-170 guests. The maximum for a cocktail reception or party is 198 people. Seating and tables are available at no extra cost. Ceremony area and a dance area are always included in the space as well.
Food & Alcohol Policy
You may use a professional, licensed caterer of your choice with some restrictions. If you need recommendations, we will be happy to provide them.
If alcohol will be served at the event, a TABC certified and licensed bartending service must be used to serve the alcohol. Cash bars are not permitted. Whenever alcohol is present at an event, security must be provided by an off-duty Plano police officer. The officer must be on site from 15 minutes before you begin serving alcohol until the client and all guests have left the property. The officer is paid by the client, in cash, at the beginning of the event. Arrangements for the officer to serve you will be handled by event1013.
DJ, live music or our sound system must cease by 1:00 a.m. Everyone, including the caterers, must depart by 2:00 a.m.
